What We Produce
3D printing suits quantities that are too small, too varied or too urgent for injection moulding. There is no mould to pay for, a design can be revised between batches, and a reorder is the same approved file printed again.

How It Works
Brief
Send the part, quantity, material and deadline using the quote form. A 3D file helps; a drawing or photos with measurements also work.
Review & Quote
We check the design prints well, suggest changes that save time or material, and send a written per-piece quote with a lead time.
Sample
On request, we print a sample for you to approve before the full run, charged at our standard custom print rate.
Production
The run is printed from the approved file and settings, with parts checked as they come off the printer.
Delivery
Packed for transit and shipped anywhere in Australia or overseas.

Tell us about the part and the quantity. We reply within 1 to 2 business days with questions or a written quote. Quotes are free and carry no obligation.
- Written quotePer-piece price with volume price breaks, material and a confirmed lead time.
- InvoiceAccept the quote and we send an invoice for the 50% deposit, showing our ABN 57 880 380 382.
- Bank transferPay by bank transfer (EFT) against the invoice. Purchase order numbers are added to invoices on request.
- ProductionPrinting starts once the deposit clears. The balance is invoiced before dispatch.

PETG
Tougher everyday parts with some weather and chemical resistance.
ABS

Flexible grips, bumpers, seals and feet.

Polycarbonate for high strength and heat resistance.
PLA offcuts from our printing are sent to Infilament to be recycled rather than thrown away.
Bulk Orders
Volume Pricing
The more pieces in a run, the lower the price per piece. File preparation, setup and print plates are shared across the whole batch, so larger quantities cost less each to make, and we pass that saving on.
Price Breaks on Every Quote
Tell us roughly how many you need and your quote shows the per-piece price at a few quantities, so you can see where the savings start.
Reorders
Reorders of an approved design are printed from the same file and settings, with no new setup or sample needed.
Ongoing Supply
Need the same part every month? Ask about pricing for regular orders when you send your brief.
Working With Us
Terms & Payment
Written Quotes
Every job is quoted per piece in writing, with the material, quantity and lead time stated, before anything is printed.
Lead Times
Production typically takes from one week, depending on quantity, material and part size. Confirmed dates come with the quote.
Payment
A 50% deposit confirms the order and books production, with the balance due before dispatch. Pay by bank transfer against our invoice.
Invoicing
Invoices are issued under ABN 57 880 380 382. Formfinity is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
Your Designs
Files you send are used only to produce your order. We do not sell, share or reprint your designs for anyone else.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. The price per piece drops as the quantity goes up, and every quote shows the price breaks for your part.
Can I see a sample first?
Yes. We can print a sample on request before the full run, charged at our standard custom print rate.
How long does a run take?
From one week, depending on quantity, material and part size. The quote gives a confirmed date.
Do you charge GST?
No. Formfinity is not registered for GST, so no GST is added. Invoices show our ABN, 57 880 380 382.
What if I don't have a 3D file?
Send a drawing, photos or a sample with measurements and we will let you know what is possible.
Is 3D printing right for my quantity?
It suits a handful up to hundreds of pieces. For many thousands of identical parts, injection moulding may be better value, and we will tell you so.
